WiseOrg runs two ways. With private deployment, open models, the knowledge graph and your records run in your own AWS account or a VPN-reachable environment. Or use a hosted workspace with its own database, storage and credentials. In both, access is enforced in the database and anything customer-facing waits for a person.

What runs where in private deployment?

WiseOrg, a self-hosted open model and the knowledge graph run in your cloud. Your tools connect in, and a person approves what goes out.

How is a hosted workspace isolated?

Each workspace gets its own database, storage and credentials. Nothing is shared across companies.

Who can see what?

Owners and members, with access enforced in the database by role, seniority and confidentiality. Private memory stays with its owner; team memory is shared.

What can WiseOrg do without a person?

It reads, drafts and prepares. Anything that reaches a customer waits for approval, and unattended runs use pre-approved tools only.

Approve, Edit and Decline come first on every proposed action.

How is AI spend controlled?

AI allowances are set in dollars, scheduled work is capped per day, the workspace pauses when idle, and every AI call is logged.

Are the numbers trustworthy?

Code computes every business figure, and the model explains it. Every proposed action cites the evidence it read, and nothing it did not read.

What does the Mac app record?

Only during work hours, with sensitive apps skipped and a pause one click away. The full privacy section is on the Mac page.

Questions buyers ask

Can WiseOrg run in our own cloud?

Yes. Private deployment runs WiseOrg on open models in your own AWS account or a VPN-reachable environment, with the knowledge graph and its memory in your database.

Do prompts go to an outside AI lab?

In private deployment, the open model is self-hosted on your infrastructure, so prompts and records do not go to an outside AI lab. For a hosted workspace, ask us which models your configuration uses before you connect sources.

Can we limit what WiseOrg can do?

Yes. Customer-facing actions need approval, unattended runs use pre-approved tools only, and owners set AI allowances and daily limits on scheduled work.

Can we switch the Mac app off?

Yes. An owner can switch the Mac app off for the whole workspace.
